📦 Nationwide Delivery Across Pakistan

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan using two of the country’s most trusted courier services:

  • Trax Courier

  • MNP Courier

These courier partners allow us to reach both major metropolitan areas and remote regions, ensuring your jewellery reaches you wherever you are.


🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


🚛 Estimated Delivery Time

Depending on your location, our typical delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 3 to 5 working days

  • Remote & Outlying Areas: 5 to 7 working days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.


💸 Shipping Charges

We offer simple and affordable shipping options for your convenience:

  • Flat Rate: Only PKR 199 on orders below PKR 1,399

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 1,399

There are no hidden fees or extra charges. The final shipping cost (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via:

This tracking ID allows you to follow your shipment in real time through the respective courier’s online tracking portal. If you have any issues tracking your package, our customer support team is here to help.


📌 Important Shipping Notes

  • We currently only ship within Pakistan.

  • Please make sure the shipping address, phone number, and recipient name are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may retry or return the parcel to us.

  • In case of returned shipments, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
