How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders in major cities arrive within 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take 5–7 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 1,399. Orders below that amount have a flat shipping fee of PKR 199.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, Sadapay or different credit cards or Bank Transfer or also COD Cash on Delivery Available.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, we have a 7-day return & exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewellery?
Currently, we offer selected customization on some pieces. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your request before ordering.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume or water exposure, and store in a pouch. For full care tips, read our Jewellery Care Guide.
Is your jewellery real gold?
Our collections include gold-plated, high-quality artificial, and zircon-based pieces — not solid gold. Product descriptions clearly mention the material used.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use it to track your shipment through Trax or MNP Courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We may expand to international shipping in the near future.
